It's Monday! What Are You Reading?

This meme is now hosted by Sheila at One Persons Journey Through a World of Books.

Books completed last week:
The Sound of a Wild Snail Eating by Elisabeth Tova Bailey

Books I am currently reading/listening to:
While I Was Gone by Sue Miller
Gone With the Wind by Margaret Mitchell (more than halfway through!)

Up Next:
Firehouse by David Halberstam
Voluntary Madness: My Year Lost and Found in the Loony Bin by Norah Vincent
The Personal History of Rachel DuPree: A Novel by Ann Weisgarber
Not sure if I'll get to read as much with NaNoWriMo going on next month, but we'll see!

Still on last week's books (LIVES LIKE LOADED GUNS and THE GREAT GILLY HOPKINS).

I am totally hooked on the Emily Dickinson book. The author's theory is that Emily was a recluse because she was epileptic. Fascinating!!

Voluntary Madness sounds interesting. Sounds like One Flew Over the Cuckoo's Nest! Here's my Monday post. Have a great reading week :)

I actually had a year of Voluntary Madness but this one sounds more fun. Hope you enjoy!

I'm so intrigued by The Sound of a Wild Snail Eating that I'm adding it to my wishlist.

Not listed on my post are the ton and a half of peer reviewed journal articles I read. Here's what I'm reading this week.

GWTW is one of my all time favorite books! Didn't read it until a few years ago and wondered, "what took me so long??!!" Hope you enjoy it!
