Teaser Tuesdays: Some We Love, Some We Hate, Some We Eat

Teaser Tuesdays is hosted by Should Be Reading.

Grab your current read. Open to a random page. Share two (2) “teaser” sentences from somewhere on that page. BE CAREFUL NOT TO INCLUDE SPOILERS! (make sure that what you share doesn’t give too much away! You don’t want to ruin the book for others!) Share the title & author, too, so that other TT participants can add the book to their TBR Lists if they like your teasers!

Some We Love, Some We Hate, Some We Eat by Hal Herzog p. 23-24

"That people resemble their dogs is an enduring piece of folk psychology--that's psychology-speak for conventional wisdom. You know the stereotypes--burly bikers with jailhouse tattoos go for pit bulls; leggy fashion models stroll down Park Avenue with pairs of lanky Afghans."

Once when I lived in New York I really did see a woman walking a dog who had been dyed to match her own hair, which was a shocking shade of fuchsia. Only in New York.
