My month in review: February

The Month in Review meme is hosted by Kathryn at Book Date. I did SO much better this month in terms of my book acquisitions which I'm trying to keep very low, maybe to none.

Books completed this month:
The Richest Woman in America: The Life and Times of Hetty Green by Janet Wallach
One Thousand White Women: The Journals of May Dodd by Jim Fergus
First, Break All the Rules: What the World's Greatest Managers Do Differently by Marcus Buckingham and Curt Coffman
The Defense: A Novel by Steve Cavanagh
Presence: Bringing Your Boldest Self to Your Biggest Challenges by Amy Cuddy
Head Case: My Brain and Other Wonders by Cole Cohen
Pretending to Dance by Diane Chamberlain
Unforgettable: A Son, a Mother, and the Lessons of a Lifetime by Scott Simon
A Man Called Ove by Fredrik Backman

Books I am currently reading/listening to:
Landfall by Ellen Urbani

What I acquired this month:
I bought these at two different used bookstores:
Team of Rivals: The Political Genius of Abraham Lincoln by Doris Kearns Goodwin
No Ordinary Time: Franklin and Eleanor Roosevelt: The Home Front in World War II by Doris Kearns Goodwin

Looks like a profitable reading month in terms of reading. I know it is such a hard thing keeping book gains down. My eyes always get big! I think I would like Franklin and Eleanor Roosevelt.

I purchase Pretending To Dance, but have not made tome to read it yet. It looks like you had a great month. Enjoy March!
